 Return to Innocence Workshops- In these workshops you will receive a level one reiki attunement, for self-healing, getting in touch with and honoring our inner child. We will reconnect to our inner sense, through breath, visualizations and journaling. Our inner child lives and walks with us today, it is our true self/soul. We come to earth fully connected to our Source as children, but all receive extensive social training, often at a great cost to our self and our inner guidance, gradually we loose touch with our inner knowing, and experience a variety of ills and dissatisfaction within our lives. Many physical illnesses may result, over time, due to our lack of self-trusting; diabetes or immune disorders, psychological distress, such as ADD or depression. As we return to innocence all answers we seek, our psychic gifts flow easily to us again and our lives flow in the direction of our unique spirit. Our focus will be upon relaxation and visualizations techniques, journaling our inner child and positive affirmations to support the return to trust in a safe and loving universe. Usui/Tibetan Reiki Attunements Workshops
Reiki is a study and practice of opening and receiving life-force energy, the source of vitality in all aspects of our being. Reiki opens us to access and align more quickly and consistently with our inner harmony. We tune into our natural state of well being. The power of heath is found as we experience relaxation and allowing well-being to flow. The healer is truly within and only needs to feel the vibratory frequency of harmony to re-attune to well being. This is the light from heaven. We all have this capacity within ourselves. The attunement helps turn on our inner capacity. As we receive attunements, of higher frequency, our system is upgraded, so to speak. All areas of our lives are enhanced as we receive more light from our higher self. There is no religious affiliation associated with or necessary for this training.
* Each student is attuned with the use of sacred symbols, opening to channel universal healing love. The benefits are felt, by healer and client alike. These "keys" allow access to this Source of life energy, quickening our transmutation of karmic lessons, allowing deep alignment with our all aspects of our being. No religious affiliation is assigned and this work is available to all who feel called to it.

Soul Path Groups/Journey of Awakening- Monthly meetings, to share metaphysical topics, related to self-empowerment. In sharing our dreams and visions we benefit as a community, to uplift and inspire one another so all shine more brightly. In friendship we gain confidence to step into the light. Creative energy gives us vitality, creates a life of joy and fulfillment. When we can identify our gifts and ask for what we need, taking responsibility for our own feelings. Whenever we express our truth, we feel more alive and free. Living in a world where we are truly pursuing our joy creates a joyful world. We have come to expand the world. This is an opportunity to share our creative vision and unique gifts.Core Beliefs/Adventures in Consciousness, Journaling classIn these classes we us the power of the written word to allow our inner being to speak and be heard. To think outside any box and allow our creative spirit to give us answers that spring from the truth of our soul. We will explore areas of our lives that seem determined, being held by underlying core beliefs, seeing more deeply into our own consciousness. Creating new opportunities and fresh inspiration to enter into a clean field of awareness.
