We may worry and shut down or push to get past this growth. Our work together, is to gently attune to your joy, raising your vibration overall. All "negative" emotions, or challenges exist only so we may know more keenly what we would prefer. By refocusing, on your heart's desire, things can begin to flow more easily in your life. It is very helpful, whenever possible, to receive energy balancing at the time of a reading, as it offers integration and balance to all systems. * Distance Healing- is available, for those who are unable to come in-person. It is helpful to bring questions, areas of concern. We will consider any aspect of your life; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, places where you feel stuck. * Please note that whenever we bring attention to anything, new awareness and understanding is already occurring.
